I'm home~! ♥ Had a great weekend - many, many thanks to yuki_scorpio, who was a good and dutiful kouhai and put me up! :D It was lovely to hang out with Pez and giving_ground and miitan, and meet assorted other folkses. Highlights, in chronological order and bullet-pointed for easy reading:

- playing the Seigaku game at the Expo
- being photographed lots of times by random people!
- accosting a random Gojyo for a photo
- Pez's amazing dj collection!
- the Lovecraft sex shop
- introduction to bubble tea (*_* I am now 30% mango!)
- Godiva chocolate :9
[ETA] A children's book called Breasts, by, I kid you not, Yagyuu Genichirou. XD XD XD

- DQ's Rising Storm (8/10), Gals! 6 (9/10), Let Dai 2 (7/10), cafe Kichijouji de 2 (6/10) (all read on the way back)

I didn't take many pics, but what I did take will follow when I can be bothered to scrabble under my desk and unplug my MP3 player lead and plug in my camera one. -_- I hate these back USB ports!

Oo, also got back to Reload 21 at radiofreebanri!! Shame it was a bit of an unexciting filler-y chapter, which is somewhat unexpected after last month's. :/ Ah well, at least we have it!

Hair-dye attempt: 失敗。-_- My hair doesn't like dye - the one I used last time was OK, but they seem to have taken it off the market. Probably highly carcinogenic, or something. >.o My hair is sliiightly darker, but I'm not the bluenette I planned to be~!

I did buy blue fluffy slippers for £2, though. >:D

I also bought the first volume of Let Dai, a manhwa (ooh, get me!) released by the more than dubious NetComics. I bought their Boy Princess the other day without even looking at the art, and man I regret that impulse buy! The story doesn't make sense, the art isn't the greatest, and the translation is ATROCIOUS. Well, OK, I don't mean translation per se - but, you know, the anglicisation - they utterly failed to put the thing into sensible English. Maybe they need an editor. *gets out CV* Let Dai isn't *quite* as bad, but the story is still on the "...What?!" side. That's not necessarily a fault of theirs - it just feels like several chapters and important events have been skipped over. It's a really interesting idea, but the beginning is very fuzzy. I'll probably get the second one, because I am genuinely intrigued by the characters, but it's very, very frustrating.

Kind of like Princess Princess - *so* much less than the sum of its parts. -_- Everyone has scary creepy voices - and, for that matter, looks scary and creepy - except the main three characters, and Sakamoto. *shudder* Still, I have a couple more eps to catch up on, so I probably will, now I've got started! ^^'
