Feb. 2nd, 2006 09:58 pmYou find the funnest (yes, fun-est, it's a word, what) things through stalking friends of comms. Today's marvellous discovery was Brokeback to the Future - very clever and wonderfully wrong. Two of my favourite things! ;)
While I'm linking to YouTube (that name pisses me off, for some reason, but hey, I see so many links to there these days) I saw a fantastic Jungle Guu AMV there the other day: Everything About Guu. Marvellous! (And reminded me how good that anime was, and how I still have to watch the rest of the Final OVA, even though the eps I saw were a bit dull. :/) There's something so satisfying about a well-done AMV.
Also, yesterday's stalkage led me to discovering something called AuchinawaCon, which may be of interest to UK people - it's in Glasgow in November (haha, there's a selling point -_-), and costs £50 for 4 days, so decent value there! Am very tempted. And wishing I was any good at handicrafts. That's what's so good about PoT cosplay - ready-made uniforms... ^^;;
*cough* I appear to be having a slightly spammy day, so er, forgive me! ^^'
