Do you want to swing your zimmer frame when you have to try to make a sensible response to, “Do the other girls ping your bra strap in PE class”? This meme is for you. Feel free to answer if you’re under 30 but past spin-the-bottle, obviously.
1. What bill do you hate paying the most?
The rent I found out this morning I've been paying on a place I haven't lived for 5 months! :D Brilliant. I know it's my own fault for not cancelling the standing order, and I know my annoyance was apparent in my voice when I spoke to the woman about it, but she got very defensive and I honestly thought she was going to say I couldn't have it back! I can, but she should've told me that in the first place! At least it solved the mystery as to why I've been so poor recently! And should get me back a couple of thousand £! :9
2. Where was the last place you had a romantic dinner?
We went out for Valentine's Day at the creatively named Mediterranean Restaurant, lol. SO GOOD. Dunno about romantic though, we're not very romantic people. XD
3. What do you really want to be doing right now?
Going to London to stalk X-Factor again. XD
4. How many colleges did you attend?
I didn't attend any colleges, I went to Sixth Form at a school (separate to my high school) then I went to uni. Then I went to uni again, and then I went to uni again and now I'm at uni again. XD (Only two different unis, I've just been to one of them three times. XD)
5. Why did you choose the shirt that you have on right now?
I'm not wearing a shirt.
6. What are your thoughts on gas prices?
I think petrol prices should be high. If you can afford to pay a fortune for your petrol you can afford the damn bus fare.
7. First thought when the alarm went off this morning?
It's Saturday so no alarm. If Dave's alarm went off I didn't hear it.
8. Last thought before going to sleep last night?
Hmm I was probably trying to plot Cinderedward. XD
9. Do you miss being a child?
In some ways I guess, like being able to play with dolls and stuffed animals and watch kids' TV with impunity. But I've not changed that much. XD
10. What errand/chore do you despise?
I hate hoovering.
11. Get up early or sleep in?
I like to sleep in. A 10am-2am waking day seems to suit me nicely. I work best and have most energy in the evenings.
12. Have you found real love yet?
I think all love is real love. So yes.
13. Favorite lunch meat:
Uhh... ham? XD
14. What do you get every time you go to the supermarket?
If I'm going to the supermarket it's usually cos I need milk or want some chocolate, lol.
15. Beach or lake?
Probably lake, though beach conjures up a warmer image and I like warm.
16. Do you think marriage is an outdated ritual?
Not really. If it means something to people, then I think it's a lovely thing to do.
17. Sopranos or Desperate Housewives?
Sopranos! I have never watched Desperate Housewives but I am 99% certain it would make me want to kill myself. The Sopranos was an awesome show, even if I only watched series 1-4. Series 1, 2 and 4 were IMMENSE. Series 3 was quite weak, but it did have the fantastic ep where they lose a Russian guy they thought was dead in the snow in the woods. Best ever!
18. What famous person would you like to have dinner with?
Haha I want to have John & Edward round for Sunday dinner with all my Jedwarding friends. The other X-Factor contestants can come too! Though I might sabotage Danyl's plate just for fun.
19. Have you ever crashed your vehicle?
Nope.
20. Ever use a fire extinguisher for its intended purpose?
Nope.
21. Ring tone?
Kanjani8's Ai ni Mukatte. It's the perfect sort of song for a ringtone, it starts loud and jangly! My message alert is Maru laughing from Wahaha.
22. Strangest place you have ever brushed your teeth?
Lol I don't recall anywhere particularly outlandish.
23. Somewhere in California you've never been and would like to go?
Oh where did I go through on a bus and thought it looked awesome? San somebody beginning with J but I can't remember if it was Jose or Juan or what. It looked cool though!
24. At this point in your life would you rather start a new career or a new relationship?

I have people I feel I could go to if I needed to. But tbh if something's bothering me I prefer to write it down somewhere like LJ. Then I can think it through myself, and get a range of views I can either listen to or ignore, lol.
27. Are you where you want to be in life?
Actually yes. I just wish I was better at making the most of it! I really want to do well in my PhD so I can go on to further academic work but I need to prove I can do it, and I just can't get the motivation to actually get up and do it! And the less I do, the less I feel I *can* do!
28. Growing up, what were your favourite cartoons?
Mysterious Cities of Gold, Belle & Sebastian, Dogtanian, Dangermouse etc. I actually preferred live action shows to cartoons though.
29. What about you do you think has changed the most?
I'm getting less and less serious. I can't stand to talk about politics and philosophy anymore. I'd much rather be having silly fun.
30. Looking back at high school were they the best years of your life?
I enjoyed high school, there were a lot of fun times, especially once I'd got past the bitchy-13/14-year-old part lol. But I think I've probably had more fun since. ;)
31. Are there times you still feel like a kid?
All the time! But I usually wanted to be seen as a grown-up when I was a kid anyway. I'm just in my own little world, then as now. XD
32. Did you ever own troll dolls?
No, I hated those things! Probably mainly cos they were popular, lol. I might've had one little one as a pencil topper that I got free from somewhere, lol.
33. Did you have a pager?
Haha I did actually! XD Cos I wanted to be ~different to everyone who was getting phones. XD
34. Where was the hang out spot when you were a teenager?
We used to go down the woods a lot, those were fun times. Or we'd get all-day travel passes for like £1 and go on trains all over West Yorkshire.
35. Were you the type of kid you would want your children to hang out with?
Well I was very quiet and wouldn't ever cause any trouble. Didn't really have any ideas about how to behave, though, lol - 'manners' are a concept that, like so many things, I kind of just made up for myself so I was probably just seen as an eccentric little kid. Just like I'm an eccentric not-so-little woman now. XD
