vanillafire yesterday, so I thought I'd share the link here too. So if you've not read it before YOU REALLY REALLY SHOULD. Seriously. Plus, you'll be able to understand what I'm constantly babbling on about these days. Grab it here. No, really. Do yourself a favour. It's the best manga I've ever read, honestly. And the art just keeps getting better. I'd mention the 'sub'text, but I'm sure everyone already knows that's what Saiyuki's all about. Note to self: do some rambling thinking about word "subtext". C'mon folks - don't let me be talking to myself here. Coupla clicks, check it out. ♥ LOOK ME IN THE EYE AND TELL ME YOU CAN RESIST THIS ICON.
...Back to ParaKiss now then... Oh! And also, my Antique Bakery 1 came this morning! I loved it, really lots! I was a bit worried about the art from the cover, but the inside art's really pretty nice. I like the set-up, the characters, how it's told (all the flashback character intros worked really well, I thought), and the cakes all sound really tasty too. :9 It also has one of the funniest lines I've read in a long time: "I'm a gay of demonic charm". Sounds like something out of Little Britain... Is volume 2 out yet? >D
